Andrea is a compassionate and dedicated individual with a diverse background that reflects her love for helping others. From her early days teaching dance to her current role as a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A., Ont.), registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Andrea’s journey has been shaped by her commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
Andrea’s educational journey is a testament to her commitment to understanding and assisting others. She holds an undergraduate degree in Applied Linguistics, a postgraduate certificate as a Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA), and a Master of Applied Disability Studies. Parallel to her academic accomplishments, Andrea maintains her own well-being by attending and teaching fitness, yoga, and mindfulness classes. To this day, combining movement and mindfulness is a key component to her therapeutic approach.
Currently, she applies her extensive knowledge and skills as an RBA supporting children, teens, adults, and their families with varying needs. Beyond her professional pursuits, Andrea finds solace and joy in bodybuilding and drinking lattes quaint cafes! Her adventurous spirit leads her to explore new places, and she cherishes quality time with friends, family, and her beloved dog.
Andrea’s approach to life and work is guided by a set of principles rooted in compassion and integrity. She believes in providing care with a trauma-informed perspective, maintaining a high level of integrity, involving families in the decision-making process, and ensuring that both work and life are infused with a sense of fun and high quality of care. Andrea is excited about the limitless possibilities that lie ahead.

Ivana holds a Master of Educational Services from Italy and a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis, she is registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, and is a Certified Sleep Consultant. With over a decade of clinical experience, she has supported individuals and families using an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach grounded in compassion, real-life strategies, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. Outside of work, you can find Ivana swimming or hosting spontaneous kitchen dance parties with her daughters - usually in mismatched socks, singing off-key, and soaking up every moment. She is passionate about creating meaningful change and am always open to collaboration, connection, and opportunities that support growth, empowerment, and positive outcomes for the families and communities she work alongside.

Colin Arnott
Colin Arnott is a dedicated culinary professional and Behavioural Science Technician who blends the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) with a passion for food and hospitality.
With a strong foundation in both the culinary arts and behavioural psychology, Colin specializes in designing inclusive, skill-based culinary programs that empower neurodiverse individuals to build independence and vocational success.Colin began his career in top-tier kitchens, including Café Boulud at the Four Seasons Hotel and Langdon Hall, where he refined his leadership skills and mastered fine dining execution. His passion for mentorship later led him to teach culinary youth programs across the GTA, where he fostered a love of cooking in young learners while applying ABA strategies to support patience, teamwork, and skill development.Transitioning into the mental health field, Colin earned credentials in Behavioural Science and worked as a Supervised Behaviour Therapist and Job Developer at therapeutic organizations across the GTA. In these roles, he used ABA methodologies to create structured culinary training modules, equipping adults with ASD to build essential kitchen skills and workplace readiness.Today, Colin’s interdisciplinary approach allows him to create food-based learning environments where therapeutic goals and culinary excellence intersect. Whether he’s leading a professional kitchen, teaching children, or coaching neurodiverse adults in vocational culinary programs, Colin is committed to evidence-based practices that foster inclusion, build confidence, and elevate the culinary experience.

Rania Hanoudi

Meet Rania Hanoudi, a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA) in Ontario. She specialize in working with children with autism between the ages of 2 and 12, helping them learn and grow in ways that are meaningful and fun. Her approach focuses on teaching kids how to learn, often through play-based, creative strategies that spark curiosity and confidence. She also has a special interest in supporting children with food refusal, guiding them toward positive and healthy relationships with eating. Above all, she believes every child has unique strengths. Her goal is to nurture their independence, confidence, and love for learning while creating supportive environments where they feel understood and celebrated. She look forward to working with you!!
