EverLife Social Skills Groups provide children and youth with opportunities to build confidence, connection, and communication skills in a supportive small-group environment.

Our groups are designed for children who benefit from additional support navigating friendships, teamwork, and emotional regulation. Using structured activities, cooperative games, and creative projects, participants practice real-life social skills in a fun and engaging setting.

Each session integrates movement, social learning, and collaborative challenges that help participants develop skills such as:

• conversation and communication
• perspective taking
• emotional regulation
• cooperation and teamwork
• problem solving and flexible thinking

Groups are intentionally kept small to allow individualized support and meaningful peer interaction.

Our programs are guided by evidence-based behavioural strategies while maintaining a warm and playful atmosphere where children feel safe to explore, connect, and grow.
